If the file has already been Published in Windows Live Movie Maker, it is no longer in project form. Therefore you will not be able to see the individual media imports used to create the video.
You're supposed to upload ".wmv"'s, not ".wmm"'s.
You must first download them then put them in a file folder.
To transfer photos from Windows Live Photo Gallery to a memory stick, first, insert the memory stick into your computer’s USB port. Open Windows Live Photo Gallery and select the photos you want to transfer. Then, click on the "File" menu, choose "Export," and select your memory stick as the destination. Finally, click "Export" to complete the transfer.
You need a video converter. I recommend downloading the Free Youtube Download 2.2.2.3. You can download of any website by simply typing in "Download Free Youtube Download 2.2.2.3" on the search bar. http://www.onlinedown.com/detail/12766.htm - IS THE WEBSITE NAME After you download it, copy the video URL, from Youtube, onto the Add URLs box in the program. It will then download the movie file onto your computer. There is no sense in putting it on Windows MovieMaker because the video will already be published. However, if you insist on putting it on MovieMaker, all you have to do is drag the video icon into the timeline in Windows MovieMaker.
If you go up into the little file bar up the top, go to save movie file, save in whatever kind of video you want (I use high-quality video PAL) let it save, then get that file and upload it through YouTube's uploader.
By default, Windows burns discs in the Live File Systemformat.
You may be saving it incorrectly. Check out the URL I've posted below for you. It gives step-by-step visual instruction on how to Save your Windows Movie Maker video:http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/moviemaker/create/savetopc.mspx
You can't do that on Windows Live Movie Maker, but you can extract the audio from a video in Windows Movie Maker v2.6 and save/publish it as an audio file.
Your computer might not have the correct Codec. It is expensive to download the codec so I recommend using Lime Wire to download the songs. After you download them, put them in a folder that is easy to find and then drag the song you want onto the song timeline in your MovieMaker file.
You Simply go to either file add file, or on the side there should be a navigation pane that says add Movies, Photos, Music etc. It should open up windows explorer and then you find your file! Hope this helped!

Put the .avi file in a video editing software like Moviemaker, Pinnacle or Magix. The procedure vary in every software.
