Either the website is busy (From a special occasion, i.e. Superbowl), trying to give everyone the movie....
or it's the internet router. If it is wireless, you may want to upgrade it to something better.
If it still does it, it's not the internet company, it's probably your little wireless internet modem.
Try getting a new one, find one in an affordable range, and find everything you need.
