If your boss installs software to track you, he might not react kindly if you uninstall it, or install software that counters it.I suggest you simply don't use your work computer for things that are unrelated to your work.

If you don't like the idea of such a lack of privacy, you might also talk frankly with your boss; asking him to abstain from such practices. (However, you might argue that your company has a right to know that you aren't wasting your time - they pay you, after all.)

If you can't come to an agreement with your boss, you might also consider working somewhere else... if you have this option.

For the sake of your job, I don't think it would be good to tell you. Something tells me your trying to do something that you don't want your boss seeing...just use a phone.
