I think the easiest way is to open the jpeg in Paint and save it as a bitmap.
You must be mistaken, first its jpeg, which is a graphic file, and wma is a audio file. You can't convert jpeg to wma.
Yes you can open the file with a progam then save it again with the jpeg file extention. When you save (Windows) there will be a drop down list of the file extentions that the file can be saved as or you can change the file extention manually by typing .jpeg. bare in mind some applications you may not be able to save as a jpeg but many generic apps can. you may loose some picture quality though!
To change PNG images to JPEG, you can use an image editing software like Adobe Photoshop or GIMP. Simply open the PNG file, then select "Save As" or "Export" and choose JPEG as the file format. Alternatively, you can use online converters by uploading the PNG file and downloading the converted JPEG. Be aware that JPEG does not support transparency, so any transparent areas in the PNG will be filled with a solid color.
It is not possible to convert a JPEG file into a RAW format file. This is because a RAW file is a lossless recording of all the data received by the camera from the sensor and a JPEG file is a lossey compressed file containing only a fraction of this information. For this reason, the JPEG file would not contain enough data in order to recreate the amount required to generate a RAW file. RAW files can only be created directly by a camera as the image is recorded.
No, you cannot directly convert a JPEG file to a RAW file because RAW files contain more data and information than JPEG files.
JPEG is a bitmap file type. There are many bitmap file types but JPEG is the one which uses the least amount of memory. However, JPEG image file sizes can be changed by how they are saved in the data loss compression feature which JPEG uses.
Yes it is.
The file size of a JPEG is typically smaller than that of a PNG.
You can't a .JPEG is a photo or image file while a .MP3 is a music or audio file.

To convert a JPEG file to a JIFF (JPEG Interchange File Format) file, you can use image editing software that supports both formats, such as Adobe Photoshop or GIMP. Open the JPEG file in the software, then select "Save As" or "Export" and choose the JIFF format from the available options. Alternatively, you can use online conversion tools where you upload the JPEG file and select JIFF as the output format.
