Just been looking for this myself... Last site I found suggested restarting server, and pressing F6 (or whatever is prompted) to access RAID settings. Haven't tried this myself, but will do tomorrow and report back (if I remember / am successful)...
BTW, the site also stated that if you don;'t know what RAID type it is, you shouldn't be messing with it anyway !!! Better option than above would be to check with whoever set it up, rather than running the risk of damaging the RAID - I wish I had this option ;-)
