With literally thousands of printers made over the years there's no way of telling you how. It's either a push of a button or two or you access it from the printer software.

Unless the printer is extremely old almost all the manufacturers usually have a pdf electronic version of the manuals on their web site. You may have to look around but just keep looking or e-mail them and ask. Look for their "Support" link.
