You can not do it in a windows command line.
If you are in CMD type the following: user [your username] pass [your password] Replace [your username] with your username and [your password] with your password.

You can reset the password of every user account by opening a command prompt with administrative rights. (Win-Key, then type cmd, right click on cmd.exe in search results, run as administrator) You need to be logged in with a user account that also has adminstrative rights to do that. Well I know that you can reset the password on your user, if that's what your looking for. Go to run and enter cmd. The command prompt should appear. Type "net user xxxx *" where x is the name of your user. Remember the space before the asterick. Then it should ask you to set a password, and then reenter it. Typing nothing and hitting enter both times, will disable the password.

If you are running Windows XP, you have to use the password reset trick. When turning on your computer, press F8 as you see your computer manufacturer's Splash screen. When the screen appears, Press F8 again. Using your arrow keys, select Safe Mode with Command prompt from the menu. Log on to the computer as administrator. Go to Start>Run and type cmd and press enter. Type net user and a list of users should come up. Remember the account that you want to change its password's User name. type net user and then this user name, then * with a space after it. Hit enter. Enter a new password, and you're good to go. Restart the computer. If you are running Windows 7, you will need to Factory Reset your computer. Look online for info on how to do this for your specific computer.
So you go to START--->SEARCH You search for "cmd" You run it in administrator mode You will have a black window You will type" net user (yourusername) * and hit [ENTER] You will type your password (it does not show you typing but it does work) and hit enter You will confirm you password and hit enter You password is changed.
3 different ways: 1. Click the Start button, and the user name may show up at the top of the menu. 2.
