Are you talking about the virus? I you are, then I'm not entirely sure, but what I did was I restored my computer. Restoring your computer allows you to choose a date to set your computer back to. It deletes anything might have been downloaded past that set date, including viruses. To do this, I go to start menu, all programs, accessories, system tools, and then system restore. It should tell you what to do from there. If you have something you are doing, I would suggest you e-mail it to yourself or save it online somewhere where you can instantly retreive it, because setting your somputer back two weeks will erase all activity from those two weeks.
