you plainly find your parents password somehow, you don't have to find it out, you can change it.
Go to CMD (command prompt) and type:
net user
Now after the 'net user' you type the name of the admin for example if the admin is john then...
net user john
After that you put a * after it to change the password
net user john *
Press enter, it should say 'set password for user' or something like that. Put in the password, when you type nothing will show up when you're typing ignore that, and type the new password. Then confirm the password.
After that you can log into your admin's account (since you changed it) and disable it.
(This only works if you have adminitrative rights and if you have adminitrative rights then you can disable the parental controls anyway)
Unfortunetly Windows 7 does not have this feature :(
Unicode is enabled by default on Windows 7. In fact, there's no way to "disable" it.
yes im having same problem. i did have norton and i was easy to bypass. but bitdefender you hae to enter a password for evry single site

This is sadly not possible in Windows any more.
For example, someone using windows XP may require some strong parental control facilities and so purchasing windows vista or windows 7 witch have these would be a strong option
