How do you download music from iTunes library?

You can use a CD-ripping program. The most common ones are iTunes and Windows Media Player.

I use iTunes.

When you insert a CD into your computer, it asks if you would like to import a CD. Say "Yes" and wait patiently for the CD to import in to your computer.

You should now be able to listen to that CD with iTunes.

The iTunes library is where your music is stored on your computer which is then listed in the iTunes software. Music downloaded from the iTunes Store has to be paid for like any purchase from a store.
