go to kickass torents.com im not sure of the exact site but if it says it at the top in brownish goldish , your there. type in music/movie/autobook/app/ect in the white box, then click what you want. when you click it youll see buttons that are green and blue or purple, but there should be a brown one their that should say download torent... CLICK IT!, then press allow/ open

What you are doing is 'syncing', and every time you sync your iPod, it will back it up. If you do not want to back up your iPod, highlight the music from your library that you want to put on the iPod and just drag it onto the iPod Touch menu.
