1. You should delete all Temporary internet Files folder for the affected user account. Make sure that there is no hidden file remained. You can click Folder Options ---View to check hidden files.

2. Login as another user with administrator privileges, or from the machine's default administrator account. Start up in safe mode and delete the affected Temporary Internet Files folder from Windows Explorer. It will be at [C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files]

3. Restart your computer again. And see whether the error has been removed.
