Well first of all you want to do three things. install Zonealarm. Zonealarm is free software that controls programs access of the internet and the access of your computer to other computers. This will interfere with the viruses ability to comunicate with its creator or a.k.a. author. The next step is to install system mechanic which is made by iolo.com. First thing is you have to identify is it a virus or a malware.

Secondly you have to identify what level of damage it has already done to your machine.
