You cannot know this unless they tell you.
NO! The email receiver cannot read the Bcc list.

Not unless you ask them. You can send email with "read receipts" that will let you know if it's been read, but the person can choose not to allow the read receipt to be sent. It wouldn't even get that far if they don't open your message
To configure your Hotmail account in Windows Live Mail, open the program and go to "Accounts" > "Email." Enter your Hotmail email address and password, then select "Next." Ensure that the server settings are set to use the following: incoming server as "imap-mail.outlook.com" (IMAP) and outgoing server as "smtp-mail.outlook.com" (SMTP). Finally, complete the setup, and your Hotmail emails will sync and be accessible within Windows Live Mail.
I am not to sure but I think that you can get a joint email so that you can read emails form both accounts. You will also be able to send emails from both accounts. im not sure either but you could try aking another and copying and pasting? anyway thanks for that and whats your hotmail account
The send items folder in outlook/hotmail relates to emails that have been sent from that email account. They act as a history of sent emails that can be read again or prove that the email was sent on a certain date, sent to certain people etc.
Hotmail and Live .com are both email accounts that are free and provided by MSN website and search engine. Hotmail customers also can get Windows Live messenger and there is no limit to how many accounts you can have.

i dont know, but do you know how to get to your email and read it? because i dont know how to even go to my email box
Well the only way people can read your email is if they know your email address and password, and then they can go on your webmail. If the webmail does not allow you to mark a message as unread, and the person reads it, then you know that someone is reading your email.
Short answer would be, you dont. Unless the phone specifically comes with an application for doing so you can not setup any such pop3 or other mail protocol for hotmail.
if you have requested a 'read receipt', then you will get an email confirming that it was opened ONLY IF the recipient consents to the request for the receipt. if you did not request a 'read receipt', then you cannot know if the email was opened unless the recipient responds.
