Windows Taskbar At Top:
1. Right-Click on the taskbar
2. Uncheck "Lock The Taskbar"
3. Drag it to the top of the screen
4. Right-Click on the taskbar
5. Go to properties
6. Check off "Use Small Icons"
7. Click "Apply"
8. Check "Lock The Taskbar"
9. When you restart the computer follow instructions 4-8

Boot Camp allows you to install Windows on your Mac and dual boot. Your Mac will look just like a Windows PC when you boot into the Windows partition. You will also have to install Windows Security on that partition to be safe.
