How do you make Windows look like Mac OS X?

Windows Taskbar At Top:

1. Right-Click on the taskbar

2. Uncheck "Lock The Taskbar"

3. Drag it to the top of the screen

4. Right-Click on the taskbar

5. Go to properties

6. Check off "Use Small Icons"

7. Click "Apply"

8. Check "Lock The Taskbar"

9. When you restart the computer follow instructions 4-8

You can Download iTunes and QuickTime From Apple but that is Optional

The Xandros system does not allow this extent of modification. You would need to install another Linux distribution on the Eee. Two distros that have a GUI similar to that of Mac OS X are gOS and Dreamlinux. gOS is designed for low-powered devices like the Eee, so it should be a good fit. Dreamlinux is not tailored for the Eee, but has low system requirements.

Just install Windows 7 on a different partition and choose it when you're booting. That would be simpler.

You can make the desktops look the same. Windows 8 has the Metro interface, so you have to install a third party program to mimic this.
