It doesn't appear as a button on a keyboard. What you do is hold down the Alt key and on the number pad type in 3 and then let go of Alt. It should then generate the heart symbol ♥. This is what's known as an "alt-code" and there are quite a lot of them to make all sorts of symbols not normally found on the board. You can find a list of alt-codes here http://www.alt-codes.net
