Put in your email address and password. Your Mac will take care of the rest and create and account for you. If you already have tried to create and account delete it and start over. Yes. The administrator can turn the parental controlled account into an administrator account. Then the administrator can go into the account and install something into the account. Then the administrator can go back into the administrators account and turn the account back into a parental controlled account.
