How do you personalize a Kindle Fire?

1. Go to' Device' in the options menu.

2. Scroll down until you see a on and off switch that says 'allow installation of applications from outside sources', turn it on.

3. Go to Google and search 'GO Launcher EX free download'.

4. Find a website that will let you download the app (this may take time).

5. When you find the app download it (to know the app is downloading look at the bottom of the screen and it will say 'starting download', but look fast, it is very quick).

6. Go to the Amazon App Store and download 'es file explorer'.

7. Open the file explorer and select the file that says 'downloads'.

8. Tap on the picture of a clover that says 'GO Launcher EX' to install.

9. Open the app and you will have an Android home screen.

10. Tap the home button and select complete action using GO Launcher EX also select use action by default.

11. Click the center button and your apps are displayed (you can drag then to a screen if you want).

12. Find the app that says 'Launcher' and drag it to a screen.

13. Click on it to go back to the regular Kindle Fire format.

14. Click on the clover app to go back to the Android format.

On a simple touch, you can copy your personal pictures tot he wallpaper folder to set them as wallpapers. also you can change the brightness etc in the glow light models.
