that is how you program a Pro 46.

Radio Shack Pro 99 scanner

The Pro 99 radio scanner is a racing scanner that allows for frequencies to be programmed under selected racing car numbers as well as having two banks setup that are preprogrammed for races at banks 8 and 9.

The scanner can also have individual frequencies programmed into it

• Press the FUNC button and press the CAR button. The letters MAN will be displayed in the top left of the display of the scanner
• Enter the numbers of the bank and channel number that you will want the frequency to be stored at and press SCAN. As an example bank 6 channel 10 would be entered by pressing the number keys 610 and hitting SCAN
• Enter the frequency
• Press the Ent button
