If you mean the Task Bar, simply right click on task bar, un-check 'Lock the Taskbar', then left click on it & drag to side of screen.

The top bar on the left hand corner contains the buttons. You can go forward and backward on webpages with them.
That depends what program you are talking about.
It is on the left side of the formula bar.
Just go to the Tools>Folder Options which is present in the menu bar Then after going to Folder Options. Immediately u can see the 'Tasks' part of the Folder Options window. Then in it click the radio button 'Show common tasks in folder'. Then immediately u will see the missed left side bar.....

Try holding down the fn button (..the button a couple buttons left to the space bar..) and f5 (..One of the buttons on the top of your keyboard..) That oughta do er.
Maybe your navigation toolbar is off try it. Go to View. Then toolbar then find the Navigation tools bar button
