I assume you are talking about internet cookies. Cookies, once deleted, cannot be undeleted. However, if you have backup of all the files on your computer from before the cookies were deleted, then the cookies will be in that backup. A backup could be done manually. The deleted files are from the MicroSD card, not the R4. You can use some Data Recovery programs, which might be able to recover whatever you deleted, but you are better off copying the files from your computer again (if you have a backup, or can redownload it)
Maybe. Go into the computer management and see if you have a Restore Point for before you deleted it. Restore to that point. You might loose some stuff since that point, but if so you restore it back to today. There might be another way, but I'm not a Geek, just have figured out a couple of things.
