I assume you are talking about internet cookies. Cookies, once deleted, cannot be undeleted. However, if you have backup of all the files on your computer from before the cookies were deleted, then the cookies will be in that backup. A backup could be done manually. It could be that your husband backs up and you don't know it. Or some computers are set to back up automatically at certain intervals.

It is a virus that attaches its self to the back up portion of your hard drive then deletes windows back and then completely deletes your system software, hence leaving you with a black box. the only anti virus I would suggest would be avast!!
