At times you might be faced with a stubborn browser that refuses to load the fresher content from the server and continues to dig it up from the cache.
The files in the browser cache might "clash" with their online versions.
Browser cookies are small files that are stored as data files. They can be used again when the page is reloaded.
HI Friend, this kind of problem arises due to technical fault,,you have to contact your known technical support man or as per you also can use this 24/7 toll free technical support number : 1-877-836-8352 .
it is possible that someone else might have been on your computer when you weren't looking! beware! if the websites are bad then it was probably your kids. if they are normal it was probably your spouse.
+ctrl+shift+delete only for firefox
A word of caution though - you will not succeed in removing ALL traces of what you have been up to on your computer unless you completely overwrite the entire disk. Barring that, a good computer forensic examiner will still be able to recover all sorts of artifacts that will show so much that it won't much matter if you delete your history or not. Deleting your history only prevents a casual examiner from seeing where you have been.
You may want to clear your web browser history because:
I have the requisite skills and tools. My kids learned that they were not skilled enough to hide their internet activities from me - so they had best use it correctly. Fortunately they were good kids and found that "good" activities were fun and "bad" ones really were not as fun as advertised, so I didn't have to bust their chops more than once or twice.
At the top of your AOL screen, click on Settings, then click on Toolbar Settings. In the box that pops up, click on "Clear History Trail Now."
This only works for Google Chrome -
Hi to prevent the browser from cache. You have to implement the following code at top of the .jsp page.
You will need to set the appropriate HTTP header attributes to prevent the dynamic content output by the JSP page from being cached by the browser. Just execute the following scriptlet at the beginning of your JSP pages to prevent them from being cached at the browser. You need both the statements to take care of some of the older browser versions. <% response.setHeader("Cache-Control","no-cache"); //HTTP 1.1 response.setHeader("Pragma","no-cache"); //HTTP 1.0 response.setDateHeader ("Expires", 0); //prevents caching at the proxy server %>
You will need to access a hidden folder to view the cookie file. There is only 1 file of cookies which is called cookies.sqlite.
I am unable to provide you with more information due to I dont know what O/S your using and web browser.
Browser has some fixed cache memory. When it is full it can hamper with the user experience.
Absolutely not !... Your browser history is stored on the device itself - a person would need physical access to your iPad in order to search it.
It would depend on the internet browser you are using and probably the version of the browser you have.
In chromium, In the menu pulldown on the top right, go to settings, show advance settings, privacy, clear browsing data, select desired options.
Google chrome should be similar to chromium.
In Firefox, click History, clear history, select options you desire.
With Internet Explorer, clear history / delete browser history will both remove the current list of sites.
Some third-party software may still be able to access some or all of this information until it is erased or overwritten.
Most other browsers should have some similar capability.
It depends on the browser you use.
The browser I use is chrome, for that you'd go to the wrench icon and select tools and from there select 'Clear Browsing Data'
On IE you'd select the 'Safety' drop down menu and from there you'd pick the 'Delete Browsing Data' option.
Remember though, even if you delete browsing history websites like Google may keep track of the info without your consent. to prevent this I suggest using Google Chrome's 'In Cognito' feature.
Since Firefox version 4 to delete the browsing history click on the Firefox button in the top left hover of history, then click clear browsing history. Then from there you can select the time frame to delete and then hit "Clear now". You can also press Ctrl+Shift+del on a windows, mac or Linux machine and follow the same steps following clicking clear browsing history.
Tools > Clear Private Data...
or just press Ctrl + Shift + Delete
Tools > Options...
Then click on the privacy button near the top of the options menu, there are settings for clearing history, you can tell FireFox what to clear by default, clear whenever it's closed etc...
Click your "start" menu, then go to "control panel" where you will see the whole menu. Click the "internet option" and from there it will open where you will see " internet properties" Inside click on "general" and it will take you to how to delete browsing history. It's very easy, just follow what I wrote here..
as long as you have never cleared your history and its the same windows operating system and browser (you have not reinstalled either of them) thenyou should be able to
Usually, when we delete files, it is sent to what we call "Recycle Bin". A temporary storage for deleted files. Just like a purgatory for files. But where do history go? When we delete items on recycle bin, they were split into very very tiny pieces what we call fragments. Same as the deleted history. These fragments can be replaced and top over another fragments. Fragments are useful factor to recover accidental delete files. But is also harmful if hackers recovered these files. In large business companies, they use a special wiping tool to wipe the drive with a specific number of time. Wiping can permanently delete some fragments.
Go to your browser whose history is to be deleted. Then go to settings and delete the history from there.
It is a proxy. But can be setup to cache a set amound of data. For instance you can setup the cache to hold 500Mb. And if you goto Google it wont have to load the images every time...
A record of the sites you've visited will be erased, but your bookmarks will still be there.
