No. If you saved a new file with the same file name, the old file is gone. If it is important enough to you, and you have much money available to spend, you might be able to hire a file recovery company to recover the file if the electrons are still available on the disk. If is a long, expensive process, but they might be able to recover it for you. There is no guarantee, and you will need to pay for their services even if they are not successful.

If you have saved a file over an older version of the file, or used the same name as an old file and overwritten it, then you cannot get the old one back.
