To send contacts from a BlackBerry to a Samsung via Bluetooth, first ensure Bluetooth is enabled on both devices. On the BlackBerry, go to "Contacts," select the contact(s) you want to share, and choose the option to send via Bluetooth. Select the Samsung device from the list of available devices, confirm the transfer, and accept the incoming file on the Samsung device. The contacts will then be received and stored on your Samsung.
You go to your settings and click networks then click bluetooth
Most likely because the blackberry isn't set to recieve it.

One way would be to transfer the contact list to your Samsung.
yes as long as the other mobile your using has blue tooth
You will need to use a file manager and find the file you would like to send usually in the system/media folder on the phone or sd card.once you find the file, press and hold the file name and another window will pop-up with sending options.
Blackberry to Blackberry messaging (BBM) is a way of text that is used by Blackberry owners. There is something called a pin, which is a series of numbers and letters, that is a "password" to adding someone into the contacts list. Blackberry to Blackberry Messaging is a form of instant messaging, just like Aim.
