Go to Your downloaded hotmail and open up the page. At the center it should have two boxes and one for your account wich is the top box and it should have one for your password the bootom box . Go to the top box and on the right side there shold have a scroll button click it and it should come up with a choice. Click the last one that says "sign in with a different windows account". Click it and then on the page it should have a little messege saying "Sign in with your Windows LiveID. Dont have one?" and next to that it has "Sign up." Click the link then follow the steps.
