If you have a VGA to RCA cable it probably isn't going to work - what you really need is a VGA to RCA converter - these have an active chip built in that will make this conversion. The only way a conversion would work is if you have a special port on your computer that does output TV out (these are almost unheard of).
you need vga to rca cable
An RCA cable with composite video is better than standard definition cable. An RCA cable set (3 cables) can also carry a component video signal, which can be Hugh definition up to 1080p. Cable television can also carry a high definition signal if you have a HD cable box or a TV with a digital tuner. For connecting a VCR, an RCA composite video cable will give a better picture than the RF antenna cable.

Yes or fifty they would all have the same picture and it would be just like at the Store with a group of TVs with the same picture. You would need to purchase separate connections and a system to split the signal or a splitter To hook up a second set you need the Standard A/V cable for the PS3. The first step is to get the RCA connection split into two for the RED White and Yellow RCA plugs so you can then plug them into two TVs. That would mean purchase of 3 Y RCA connection cables that split a single connection into two. You would also need up to 6 cables with a female RCA connection either on the cable or on both sides of the Y cable. You will not need the cables if the Y cables are long enough to reach each TVs RCA inputs. They also sell and you might need to purchase dual female RCA adaptors to allow connection of two male RCA cables
Make sure your RCA RT2380BK home theatre system is set to the correct input for the optical cable. Check that the optical cable is securely connected to both the PS4 and the home theatre system. Also, ensure that the audio settings on your PS4 are configured to output sound via the optical cable. Finally, verify that the volume on the home theatre system is turned up and not muted.
Since your satellite receiver is not HD, you can use either a coax cable or an RCA cable to connect to your TV. The Wii can plug into a composite port. If you only have 1 RCA/composite connection on your TV, you can get an A/B switch so you can have both devices connected so you can switch between the two devices.
All picture in picture and split screen options require a dual tuner set up. If you are running off a cable box or satellite you will need to split the cable and feed it into the separate tuner connections in the back of the set, then the pip will work. Make sure the split is before the cable box or you will just be able to see a smaller version of what is already on the screen.
