I have a better solution: Right click on EN icon on the taskbar, select Settings: add: choose English (Canada)* and select Canadian Multilingual standard . Click OK, click Apply, click OK.
Now to use just go to your Taskbar, click on EN icon and change it to English Canada. There you go.
Now you just need to learn Wikipedia Keyboard layout by heart or better print until you get use to it. No more code. file:///C:/Documents%20and%20Settings/Ora/My%20Documents/Downloads/File-KB_Canadian_Multilingual_Standard.htm

For example, to type "é", you can usually press 'Alt' + 'e' followed by 'e' again. Alternatively, you can use software tools to easily access accented characters.
