Go to the stuck drive and look for a pin-sized hole (NOT the large headphone jack) and gently work the needle or whatever you have into the opening. Keep pushing and, eventually, you will hit something. Apply firm but gentle pressure and the CD tray should open up.
Grab the tray by the edges on opposite sides and carefully pull the tray out.
It may not work first time, but if you persist it should eventually unjam. If it does not work, take it to an expert.
Answer:If the disk is in a non-tray CD drive, It will require disassembling. Do not attempt to do this yourself, it is hazardous. Take it to a licensed repair shop or call the computer company for proper assistance. How do I unjam a Harmon Karden CD Player Model #FL 8380? Need help in Old Lyme, CT kick it

How to Format my Computer without cd ?
no but if it is in the middle of you computer when you put it in you CD drive yes
In computer lingo, CD stands for Compact Disc.
A CD player has a single purpose (to play music CD's) while a computer can be used for multiple purposes. If the computer has a CD drive then it can also play music CD's.
if the slot to the CD's is open, look inside it and see if you can see the CD. if so, take something and poke it back into a slot, then eject it. this happened to me and that worked for me twice. its like the CD is in between ejected and going in and is just stuck. poke at it. it should work!

All you have to do is put your CD in the computer, the computer will notice the CD, ask if you want to listen, and in the top left corner, there will be a option saying to copy the misic in the computer, and there you are !
