Depends on how big the mouse is compared to the snake. A small meal could be swallowed in under a minute and take a day to digest. Average-sized meals can take 10-30 minutes to swallow and take 3-7 days to digest. A very large meal could even take a few hours to swallow and take several weeks to digest.

Think about that for a second... Some breeds of snake may accidentally bite themselves, or even try to swallow their tail, but will almost immediately realize their mistake and stop. It is physically impossible for a snake to eat itself, they can only eat things whole, and you cant swallow yourself whole, even if you're a snake.
