A snake is a threat to a mouse for one reason. The one reason why a snake is a treat to a mouse is because that is what snakes eat.
Absolutely ! The majority of snake species eat rodents as their natural diet.

a sidewinder eats mouse and intsets
Eating a frozen mouse can be bad for a snake. The extreme cold can hurt the snake, as it is cold blooded. And because the limbs are not flexible, the snake can be hurt internally.
hi
I don't know. Maybe you should ask the snake.
corn is at the bottom which is the producer, then the mouse and cricket eat the corn, cat and snake eat the mouse, blubird eats the cricket, and the hawk is at the top of the foodchain and the hawk eats the bluebird, snake, and the cat
That's where an organism fits in the food chain. Like, a Hawk will eat a snake; a snake will eat a mouse; a mouse will eat a grasshopper; a grasshopper eats plants. The hawk is at the top of the trophic level pyramid in this example.
I had a hungry Ball Python and I dropped a mouse in with it and it wouldn't touch it. The next morning the mouse gave birth and my ball python still wouldn't go near it. Tonight I tried to feed my king snake a mouse and my snake ignored it, even after I trapped the mouse within inches from my snake. So I removed that one and dropped in another and my king snake ate it with no problems. I bet in the morning that mouse it wouldn't eat will be delivering baby's But on You-tube I saw a ball python eat what the feeder says was a pregnant mouse so idk.
