It all depend on the length of the film and the format which is used.
A typical film in "VOB" will be 4Gb, whereas in AVI it can be 700mb.
Using a non compressed format of 4Gb per film, you will be able to get around 256 films on a 1 tb disk.
it would be able to hold 150000 songs

The number of films a 320GB hard drive can hold depends on the average size of each film. Typically, a standard DVD-quality movie is around 4GB, while a high-definition film can range from 5GB to 15GB or more. If we assume an average of 5GB per film, a 320GB drive could hold approximately 64 films. For standard DVD-quality films at 4GB each, it could hold about 80 films.

I've been looking for the same thing. Here's what I've come up with: http://www.xpcgear.com/dualbay.html
Start>My Computer>double click the CD icon>hold down the ctrl key and press the a key>hold down the ctrl key and press the c key>go to your external hard drive>hold down the ctrl key and press the v key Or dragging and dropping the file(s) from two open windows will copy them
It depends on how large the files that you put on it are. I have a 2GB flash drive, and I put on it a ton of files. 16GB is a lot of capacity.

Short answer: An external hard disk is a removable hard disk. Longer answer: A removable hard disk is any hard disk which is designed to be easily removed from the computer. This includes, but is not limited to, external hard disks. There are also internal hard disks which are removable via a special slot in the front of the machine. Flash-based usb thumb drives are also frequently referred to as "removable hard disks." Even though they are not hard disks at all the OS treats them as such, and so for all practical purposes they can be considered removable hard disks.
How much can the XBOX 360 20GB hard drive hold?
A 500GB hard drive can hold 500GB of data (although in reality slightly less is available for use as the formatting of the disc uses some space). This equates to around 800 albums (in mp3 format), or 150 movies, or 10,000 photographs or any combination of such files.
