32-Bit: 16GB
64-Bit: 20GB
Keep in mind your operating system will grow at least 10GB within short time due to update's and software claiming storage in your operating system folders. Windows should always have at least 256MB. free space to operate normally.
Put 128GB to your operating system is a good idea if you are planning to install big apllications and games on another Hard Drive!
It requires 192 GB of system memory. I am assuming that you are getting this question from the Windows & Configuration textbook by Craig Zacker, as I found that exact question in there. You can find the answer on page 15 in table 1-4. Hope that helps!
No, Windows 7 CANNOT be used on any computer. Windows 7 can only be used on computers that have 3 gigabytes (gigs) of RAM.
You would probably need around 5 or 6 gigabytes. In megabytes that is around 5120MB
You can run Windows 7 with 1-2 GB of RAM depending on what you are doing. (More stuff you need more RAM) I Would go with at least 4 if not 8 GB of RAM to run Windows 7.
Yes.

Windows 7 required 20 Gigabyte (GB) of space to install a 64-bit version into the system.
The official minimum for a 64-bit installation is 2 GB of RAM. There is no "recommended" amount, as it depends on what you are trying to do. The maximum supported depends on what edition you are using: Windows 7 Professional and Ultimate support 192 GB of RAM. Windows 7 Home Premium supports 16 GB of RAM. Windows 7 Home Basic supports 8 GB of RAM.

you need more than megabytes. you might even need a few gigabytes. but no more than 10GB
No>It is not capible with windows 7 because the processor is less the 1 GHz and it has less than 1 GB of ram.
It depends on the version. 32-bit Windows supports up to 4GB of RAM, whereas 64-bit versions support 4GB + of RAM. It is the same with Windows Vista and 7.
