Please make sure you go to webpage Winsdstream has for email access. Too many people go to Winstream.com which is not where you access emails. Please go to: www.windstream.net Click on "check email" link next to the green truck icon located at the top right side of the page. If there is no green truck visible, then click on the email tab located right on the top of the page towards the right. That will take you to the login page. Where it says "User Name" - please fill in your complete email address. Then your password. You are now in your inbox. The problem many people have is by the confusion of what should be typed in for "User Name". It is confusing. Always remember - User name means YOUR COMPLETE EMAIL ADDRESS. If you are having other problems logging in, it means that you need to check your spelling for any typos, or maybe forgot or used a capital letter in your password, or any other possibilities. In that case, please call Windstream email support and the agents will be more than happy to help resolve this issue.
