From XP onwards Windows has had a toolbar on screen that enable fast access to frequently used programs. Mac people have had the same thing for a lot longer

The screen resolution is determined by the monitor not the desktop.
If something get "stuck" or display wrong on your desktop as often if a program stops working you can refresh your desktop. It will re-draw everything on your screen removing anything visual that shouldn't be there.
There are many software programs that can allow desktop sharing. One program is called WebEx, and it allows for screen sharing as well as transferring files.

Camtasia is a pretty good screen capture program. Or you could use an online one like Screentoaster. As for exporting it as a webcam; Manycam is a webcam emulation software package. If you go into the source options you can set it to Desktop. The your screen will be exported to the Manycam virtual webcam.
Windows allows this with their remote desktop management program from the control panel. Regular remote desktop does not allow this and it will log the person on the client computer out when you log into the computer.
on your desktop, go to Program (from start), then to control panel, click the icon where it says Display~ Go to the Web tab, and un-select the "security" box. and says OK This should work Good luck~
