Very carefully....thru trial and error..The main part is knowing which part of the skin in it's raw form will connect with various other parts. When you have the skin opened up in PSP, it will be a 1MB file. If you ad anything to it like colors you will have to reduce the color bit deptch to 8bit. Otherwise it get's saved as a 3MB file and the game will not read it.
