I recommend you use a program called vlc media player. It can play almost any type of video file, including dv4

just double click it and a media player will open up and start playing it. Anytime you double click a file the computer will open up whatever program is used to play or view the file
u could play that in windows media player version 10 onwards. Previous versions and the later versions will anyway play the file if the program is updated. And if u use a lot of uncommon formats u may download the K9 Codec Pack . It is like a universal player
You most likely can but are missing the correct program to play that media file. I recommend Quicktime player as it is small and efficient for playing basic media
An HTML file is for web browsers only. It is not a media file at all. But you can have HTML files load media and have them play it in your browser.
There are 2 software: Ape Ripper and Ape2CD can process APE + CUE file from SoftRM. VLC media player can play ape/cue files.
