iTunes Music LossAbsolutely. If you have iTunes 9 or 10, open your iTunes music player and click Store. Select Check for purchases. (This may be different for earlier versions of iTunes)

If you want to transfer iTunes Store purchases from an iPhone, iPad, or iPod to a computer, be sure to authorize the computer before connecting the device. To authorize, follow these steps:

1. Open iTunes.
2. From the Store menu, choose Authorize Computer.
3. Enter your Apple ID or AOL screen name and password, then click the Authorize button.

If the iTunes Store purchases on your device were purchased with multiple accounts, you will need to authorize the computer for each one.

To transfer iTunes Store purchases from your device to a computer, follow these steps:

1. Connect your device to the computer.
2. Click the Transfer Purchases button.

For iPod songs which were not purchased from the iTunes store, you will need to use third party software such as TouchCopy (www.touchcopy.com) to transfer them from your iPod, iPhone or iPad to your new iTunes.

if you paid for them you just have to redownload them ... go to the same song under the same account and download the song it should tell you that you have already paid for this ... or re sync your itunse account with the same account that you downloaded them with ...
