Sadly, it's not avaiable on Android. But you can get a music video app called VideoFX search for it on Play store and download it. It's quite a good app but the special effects and stopmotion pack charge you.
To uninstall any app you have to go the android market web and the open the link of the app from where you downloaded it. There you will a button to uninstall the app.
