To save in Command & Conquer: Generals and its expansion pack Zero Hour. Open the menu while in-game by pressing the 'Esc' button on your keyboard and select the 'Save game' button from the menu.
In most applications on a Mac you will find Save As... in the applications File menu. If the work has not been saved pressing Command (cmd) and S keys will present a Save As... window. If the file has already been saved, press Shift+Command+S to get the Save-As window. OSX 10.8 uses the 'Duplicate' command rather than "save as."

'netsh' is a CLI command. It doesn't really have a 'menu'. You can have it list its options by using the /? argument to the command, such as 'netsh /?'
