The tools menu for Safari can be found under preferences. You can also hit the command button to access the tools menu.
If using Safari select Reset Safari... from the Safari menu. This will give you an option to clear Names and Passwords. If using Firefox: go to the Tools menu and select Clear Private Data... Tick all box's and click the Clear Private Data button.

To view Safari's toolbar select View from the menu bar at the top of the screen and then Show Toolbar from the menu.

Have Safari opened. Go to the top left by the little Apple, click on Safari and there you go. Everything else is also Safari specific until you click out of the Safari window.

All the Safari windows close and memory that was used by Safari is returned to availability. Closing a window does not quit Safari. Command Q or Menu item "Quit Safari" will actually quit the application.

Go up to tools on the menu bar and find "add ons" open it and find the mail add on.
