MSConfig can be found in Microsoft's Windows operating system.

click start >> run >> type msconfig >> click OK. or Windows key + R opens run then type msconfig >> then OK.
To use Msconfig, enter msconfig.exe in the Run dialog box.

The different tabs of MSCONFIG are General, SYSTEM.INI, WIN.INI, BOOT.INI, Services and Startup.
In the Boot tab of msconfig, you can identify that two operating systems are installed by seeing multiple entries listed under the "Boot options." Each entry typically corresponds to a different operating system, with details such as the name and path of each OS. Additionally, the default operating system and timeout settings can indicate which OS is set to load by default. The presence of more than one entry confirms the installation of multiple operating systems on the machine.
There are two quick ways you can locate MSconfig. 1) In your start menu type "msconfig" into the search box and click the result. 2) My Computer > C: > Windows > System32 > msconfig
If MSconfig cannot be found, it may be because the system is unable to locate the file due to corruption or deletion. It could also be that the file is disabled in the system configuration settings. It is recommended to run a system file checker scan to restore any missing or corrupted system files and ensure MSconfig is enabled in the system configuration settings.
Msconfig is one of the essential tools for your PC. To temporarily disable a process, just open msconfig and remove the relevant check marks in the Selective Start up area.
