Two ways to do this:
1. Start>run>msconfig and then select start up and disable things that way
2. C:\Documents and Settings\select a username\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

Well WLOC is rated pretty well. Users including myself like UI or user interface of windows live onecare. It is very easy to change/configure settings and detect and remove malware. Most people prefer AVG 8 over windows live onecare. However, wloc ranks up there in the top ten anti malware software.
I believe that if you hold the buttons 'd', 'i', and 'r' while the computer starts up, you can go into the directory system.
You can remove the pop up by activating your operating system by buying a activation code from Windows.
If you only have one account then you can remove the password and it will automatically load your user.
You can choose to do either. I would suggest that you add in a malware protection type software, just as a back up.
It can be malware, you have use one of malware removers. Some programs such as anti viruses and firewalls pop up when you start your computer. Most of those good programs do not have a feature to stop poping up. If you do not need that program try to disable it using Win+R->msconfig->Boot. OR you can go to the all programs selection called "START UP" and delete programs off the lsit to keep them from popping up when the account starts
When Windows won't load, you can try again by hitting the F8 key just before windows starts to load (most folks just tap on F8 before the Windows logo starts). You will then be given a list of options. First try "Last known good configuration...". If you are still having trouble then you will likely need to get with a technician to resolve the problem and/or repair windows using the disk or formatting and starting from scratch. The later is the best way to assure windows is not currupt and all viruses/malware are removed. It can also be the fastest way to get the job done. Be sure to back up first.
If you mean Malware, then it is malicious software made by hackers to steal information or mess up your computer. But beware never trust a website saying you have malware. Usually they are malicious websites themselves. Only use windows software or virus scanning software that you have paid for to look for malware.
are they wind up windows or power windows? for power windows remove the door panel screws and pull. for wind up windows remove small metal snap rings behind the window handle. remove them and then remove all door panel screws and pull door panel off.
