If your scoliosis is mild then you should just do exercises aproved by a doctor for scoliosis. If it is severse then you should either wear a backbrace to keep it from getting worse or get surgery. Scoliosis can cause backpain. Try to keep a good posture to stop your pain!!

Usually cervical spondylosis is aggravated by extending (bending backwards), and side-bending of the head. If you have cervical nerve irritation associated with spondylosis, then you should avoid positions of your head that increase these symptoms. Yoga activities, therefore, should be tolerated as long as you are careful with the position of your head.
Scoliosis is really an opinion on if it is rare or common. I can answer that 2-3% of people HAVE curves of over 20*, i have scoliosis...so i find it pretty common that 2-3 percent have it...but i think that more people should know what it is.

yes, you can do anything with scoliosis, however you will be EXHAUSTED afterwards depending on how bad you have it i did karate with a 73 degree curve, found it hard to breathe afterwards. just be careful
