The keyboard shortcuts for text alignment on a Windows PC are:
Control plus L for left alignment.
Control plus R for right alignment.
Control plus E for centre alignment.
For Excel the shortcuts are below:
Excel does not have any shortcut keys for aligning text. See related links for all shortcut keys for Excel 2007.

Like in the main body of the document, you can use the alignment options in the formatting dialog box, the icons on the Home tab of the ribbon, or the shortcut keys Ctrl - E.

To create a hanging indent using shortcut keys, you can first select the text you want to indent. Then, press "Ctrl" + "T" on a Windows computer or "Command" + "T" on a Mac. This will apply a hanging indent to the selected text.
Be sure to highly the text you want to copy and paste. Once you're there, be sure that you press the following keys at the same time: Copy = Ctrl + C Paste = Ctrl + V You can paste the same text an unlimited amount of time because your computer's memory will store it for you until you replace it with something new.
At right side of the keyboard there are shortcut keys. They are are used by right fingers.
You cannot make shortcut keys for a lot of things, and even if you could there would be not enough key combinations to cover all of the things you want. Also, it would not make any sense to do it.
