I'm Leaving in Qatar/Doha - Mesaeed

I have complain about Toyota company Quality job , My car before 10000 KM I felt some vibration in the car and I made complain to the company(Wakra branch) when the service time due, they charge me and they done wheel alignment ,but the problem increased and the steering started to vibration sidelong , Again I told them about the problem but they told me Tyres defect and should be replaced with new one, They sent the car to Industrial Area Toyota and they said its OK , But I used and again same problem is there . I call the Emergency centre and I complain if they don't do action I will write to Main Toyota company ,They call me today and they ask to bring the car to Industrial Area and they are willing to do test again , I ask them since there is defect in the tyres and there is report in that go back to your previous reports and save my time every time they are taken the car for 8 days and wasting my time and my money and No action has been done yet , So I'm requested you please to take action in that matter because that Quality and safety issue and that can harm my family since my wife is driven this car... I believe I brought Toyota to feel peacefully and quite but to deal with such of that people I hated the car , Since you are big company and your similar reputation do action...
