I have an Oura ring that I use and it lets me know when I have been sitting for a while and it tells me to stretch my legs.
Its super helpful and nice to take a walk or take a breather since working from home has limited the number of steps we take in a day. It helps me clear my mind and helps me stay sane working and sitting all day long
