Limited Users
In Windows 8, File Explorer is the program that helps manage your files and folders. Through its navigation pane and search functionality, users can easily organize, access, and manipulate their data efficiently. Overall, File Explorer streamlines file management tasks for enhanced productivity.
Despite giving the appropriate share permission to the file you must also give the appropriate NTFS permission. Share permission is set in the folders property sheet under the sharing tab and the NTFS permission is under the security tab of the same properties sheet. Hope this helps. :-)
You can access any website without permission.
The two access controls can be set up with "Authentication and Access Control. These are available in the Windows Server 2003 folders.
