To drag a window out of the way that might be obstructing another window on the computer screen place the cursor on the very top row of the window. Then hold the cursor or mouse button down and move the window out of the way. There is also a minus button on the window in the top right to click on to hide the window that is on top.

Press the scroll lock (default button). You can also change/check the current binding by navigating: Options > Settings > Controls... > Buttons / Keys (tab) > "ATC window (display/hide)".
To clear away the picture window on the lower right of the screen, you can usually click the "X" or "close" button located on the window itself. Alternatively, you might right-click on the window and select "Close" or "Hide" from the context menu. If it's an application feature, look for a "Minimize" or "Hide" option in the app's menu. If none of these options work, restarting the application may also help.
