The power supply is what provides power for everything in your computer (processor, disk drives, hard drives, fans, etc.). If your power supply fails your computer can't turn on at all (no activity). The VGA card is your graphics card. If the VGA card fails your computer will still turn on but you won't see anything on your monitor (no graphics). The processor fan is the fan that sits on top and cools your main processor. If your processor fan fails and the computer continues to stay on it's likely that you processor will overheat and be ruined. If your main processor is fried your computer will turn on but windows will not boot up and you may see an error message on the screen.

When the thermostat in your car fails it usually fails to open which in turn does not allow radiator water to pass through the engine and cool it, so the engine over heats.
iMacs usually don't overheat. If for some reason the fan fails, there is usually a thermal cutoff point where the computer will turn itself off to prevent damage (e.g fire).
Refreshing the game works most of the time if it is on the computer. If it is a game console, take the game out and put it back in. If this fails, turn off and reboot. If that too fails, make sure the game needs to setup. For example Java Software or Windows etc.
Thats usually called a crash.

computer turn button is located on the cpu or on casing of your cpu by which you can turn off your computer, but it is not a safe way to turn your computer off instead of shut down from the start menu option,
It depends if it is wireless or with a cord. If it has a cord, simply plug it into the computer using a usb plug on the back of the computer. If it is wireless, turn off the computer, turn off the mouse, turn the computer on, wait for the computer to ask for a mouse, then turn on the mouse, and the computer should pick it up within a minute or so.
